# 3. Staking and Reward Structures

3.1 Base Staking Tiers

Staking FLX tokens offers users an opportunity to earn rewards while supporting the platform. There are three staking categories: Community, Professional (Mentors/Judges), and Organizer staking, each with different lock periods and annual percentage yields (APY).
